He got us an amazing deal, good interest rate was professional and courteous and even let us take the kids home for a nap and prepared a lot of the paperwork and the car and had everything ready to go when we returned! I was so pleased with the customer service then that decided that when it was time I bought my first Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown in 2006. I was so pleased with the customer service then that decided that when it was time to purchase again that I would return to MB of Hagerstown (even tough I am closer to the Mercedes dealership in Morgantown, WV). This time the car buying experience was even better than in 2006. I had been looking for about a year but was not quite ready to buy when I found a GLA on the MB Hagerstown website. Unfortunately my schedule of when I was available to pick up my new car conflicted with Rob Edmond's. I thought this would be a huge problem but every detail was worked out by Rob so that I could put a deposit on the car and he would hold it for me until I could travel to Hagerstown to get it. Tony Mills was fabulous! I financed the car through USAA. Tony knew about the USAA car buying service and was able to get a $1000 discount for me through USAA. I did not know this service existed and I was very pleased that Tony found an extra $1000 in savings for me. The MB Hagerstown team is excellent. Rob was exceptional with communication and follow-up throughout the entire sales process as well as after the sale. This is very important to me and speaks volumes for how I will be treated as a continuing customer of Rob's and MBH. 2. A Fair Deal. Rob really went the extra mile to get me a fair deal on my new Mercedes. He worked the sale such that I was able to get the most value for my dollar as well as an excellent warranty package at a great price. 3. The Warranty. The manufacturer's warranty is fantastic and MBH was able to offer me a drastically extended warranty package that fit my needs perfectly. I highly recommend looking into the extended warranty packages with them when purchasing your new Mercedes. 4. Phenomenal service after the sale. MBH and Rob in particular have really made me feel like part of the Mercedes Benz family with their continued support after the purchase of my vehicle. 5. A Turn Key Experience. Everything was just "taken care of" throughout the sale/ purchase process. The paperwork was a breeze and tags, tile, transfer were done when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I loved that. 6. Scheduled Maintenance Intervals The scheduled maintenance interval on my vehicle is 15,000 miles. That is outstanding! When you consider the scheduled maintenance on most other vehicle brands is 3000 miles, it speaks volumes for the quality of Mercedes Benz vehicles. 7. The Purchase Package The key and paperwork presentation was great with some additional touches thrown in that really made us feel like family. These are the little nuances that will make it hard to ever buy from anyone other than MBH. These guys are a class act. More
