"What an awesome AMG experience!" Background: I am from the Lancaster, PA area. I have been looking for a particular C63 AMG for quite some time. I asked my local (M-B of Lancaster) Background: I am from the Lancaster, PA area. I have been looking for a particular C63 AMG for quite some time. I asked my local (M-B of Lancaster) to keep an eye out for one of these cars. He told me, a car, with my specifications are few and far between, especially in this area. A few months go by. He sent me an email… M-B of Hagerstown, MD has a C63 that fits my particulars exactly. I should go check it out and drive it. I called M-B of Hagerstown… I talked with Mike twice. He answered all my questions and told me some things about the car. I called again on a Thursday; Mike was off, I talked with Rob. Then I called Rob 6 or 7 more times with more questions. I made an arrangement to come and see the car on a Saturday. I arrived at M-B of Hagerstown about 30 minutes after they opened and asked for Rob as I walked in the door. We met. Although, I am not from this area, I had this definite feeling of welcome and family once inside the door, and those feelings continued to grow as the day went on. The first thing on my agenda was to ask Rob to determine the value of my trade. Rob came back with a paper that had the value of my trade, M-B financing schedule, and a price out the door (including PA taxes). This was a deal that I just could not refuse… and I didn’t even see the car yet. I asked Rob, can we drive the car now? He said absolutely. We went out for a ride. Sold!!! Rob worked on the rest of the paperwork, (PA registration was important to me), warranty, etc… Rob’s attention to detail with the sale, combined with meeting my needs was absolutely terrific. I would also like to mention CJ… she is the best! She is the right person for the position she is in. I would say most people, when they get to the financing part, tend to get a little apprehensive. Not with CJ. She has this way about her. The dealership, the people and the car are all top notch (second to none). Rob…Thank you for a very smooth, enjoyable, and EXCITING, AMG buying experience that I will never forget. More

Most of the deal was conducted over text and email. Rob Edmonds provided accurate and detailed numbers, and responded to my text questions almost immediately. I filled out the application online (took about 10 minutes), and everything was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealer. CJ explained the paperwork in about 7 minutes and my wife and I were out the door! The process including the online application took less than 30 minutes. Best dealership experience and awesome sales rep and closing agent - I highly recommend and will return here to buy our next car! Although we came to purchase the car I also met Lisa and Elizabeth from the Service Dept. Very friendly! More
