Fast forward nearly a year later, I got a call from him letting me know that Mercedes was running a special on said vehicle. Great timing. Most dealerships I've worked with seemed to want to take advantage of a positive relationship by short-cutting the customer service, but not Rob. I didn't think he could have made the second buying process any more pleasant, easier or worry free than the first, but he succeeded...in a big way! I highly recommend Rob Edmonds!! More
