There are 3 other dealerships closer to me but it was was worth the trip. Rob Fox made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle before he made any suggestions. I test drove a couple of different models before I found one that I liked but the color that I wanted wasn't on the lot that day. Rob found the color that I wanted and had it shipped to the dealership on the following business day. I'm an apprehensive buyer and I needed to make sure everything was just right before I made the purchase. Rob was patient and helpful and I never felt any pressure. He got me the right 4runner with great financing and a payment that I could handle. This is where we will be buying all of our cars in the future. More

Given The Run Around Regent I purchased a Mercedes Benz 300C 2014. Upon the completion of the transaction I drove home. While driving I noticed the gas Gage was't working. I was told to bring the car back and Sloane would take care of it. June 26,2018 I took the car to Sloane and they sent the car to Mercedes-Benz dealer in Ft. Washington, PA. They found the problem but Sloane refused because of the cost to repair it!To date Sloane has been unable to make the repairs. I have spoken to numerous "So Called"managers however to no avail. Even spoke to their Headquarters and they Pass the Buck! I still have no car and my warranty is running out in a month. PLEASE HELP!! Disappointed Customer, Ronald Coleman More
