Steve showed me the vehicle then said take it home to show your wife, drive it around see what you think and Ill see you when you get back. He was leaving for the day but stayed around and allowed me full access to the vehicle until I was ready to form an opinion on whether I was interested in purchasing. He could have easily pushed me off to another salesperson and gone on his way but he went above and beyond the call to accomodate me. I purchased the vehicle and picked it up the next afternoon, which was his day off but he still came in and delivered the car in person. More

For more than a week I have been visiting and calling all the nearby Nissan dealerships for best price, finally only Younger Nissan gave me an aggressive pricing and I took the vehicle. Long Distance reliable relationship I found the exact vehicle I wanted online; the only problem was I was 475 miles away. The sales lady was nice via email but couldn't "save" the used I found the exact vehicle I wanted online; the only problem was I was 475 miles away. The sales lady was nice via email but couldn't "save" the used vehicle for me because "our inventory is unique ... blah blah blah" (clearly the canned response). However, the Sales Manager followed up with me and asked if there was anything he could do. I told him when I could come, he said, "I'll take it off the lot and put it in clean up today." I arrived as scheduled a couple days later to find the vehicle parked by itself right out front. No surprises, efficient dealings to get financing inside, and was on the road with a complimentary lunch by noon. I would do it again! More
