Everyone there was pleasant, helpful, informative, honest and relaxed. We knew that if we decided to walk out without a car, we wouldn't get a dozen calls the next day. Also they had popcorn and hot dogs available for free. This seems small but my husband came not expecting to buy a car so he hadn't eaten. There were no hotdogs cooking and they got them cooking right away and kept him updated on their progress. Finally, Austin was fantastic! He went along on our test drive and gave us information without being pushy. He was also generally a pleasant person who could fill in those times waiting for a manager or the finance department with good conversation. More

He didn't pressure me in any way to buy a car...he was professional and pleasant. We were there for about 2 hrs. and he kept us informed as to what was going on. I also worked with Edward Beleznay concerning the financing of my car. It took him a while to find the right financial fit for me, but he took the extra time to find the right one for my circumstances. . He was pleasant, professional and informative. My best car buying experience With my wife's car getting totaled and my car needing replacement for a long time, we needed two vehicles. We knew what we wanted and Brenton and Austin were great. Austin was still in the learning mode, but he sat with us while we waited and kept us company as Brenton took care of everything. One of the cars had just rolled off the truck so it hadn't been fully "assembled," so the wait was a bit longer than normal but entirely understandable. As Austin was keeping us company we never got the kind of anxiety that is typical of long waits when you are ignored. Ed was fast and efficient. Rob came by a couple times to make sure we were in good hands. And I want to thank Christa Arnn who responded by phone to my initial internet query. We said hi and she took a moment to brief Brenton so he was prepared to help us. More
