Gary Crane is amazing! !!! We met him a year ago to order a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2-door because they are not easy to find with the options we like. Unfortunately, the inter !!! We met him a year ago to order a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2-door because they are not easy to find with the options we like. Unfortunately, the interior color design of the 2023 dashboard was hideous & as this is the 6th new Jeep Wrangler we’ve ordered & purchased we said we’d be back next year. Gary gave us his card, and said he’d see us is a year. No Pressure, AMAZING! This summer when we were ready to try again, we called Gary, made an appointment, went is to order our new Jeep, and wait 3+/- months for it to come in. Quickest, easiest, most pleasant ordering process ever! One week later, Gary called with the VIN number. Two weeks after that, Gary called to tell us the Jeep was done, in-route to Bonneville & Sons, and we could pick it up in a couple days. We wet to the dealership that weekend. Our new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was exactly what we ordered, perfect (and bad xxx!). The whole process from start to finish took a little over three weeks. This was by far the easiest, most stress free new vehicle purchase we have ever had and, it was all because of Gary Crane’s professionalism, friendly-personality, pleasant demeanor, people-skills, and extensive knowledge of the ordering & buying processes. Gary Crane is truly AWESOME! Additionally, we want to mention Rob Hemond. He took care of the financial paperwork & ownership transfer. He is a nice guy who made us feel at ease, knew his stuff and took care of business pleasantly & expediently. Rob Hemond is GREAT! More
