Rob Hutt was great to work with! He was very informative and worked with us on what we felt comfortable using for our budget. He was a no-pressure salesman which is what helped make our decision to buy fro and worked with us on what we felt comfortable using for our budget. The older gentleman who helped us learn about the different features in the car before we left was great to work with as well and was very informative without being overwhelming. We came into the dealership to buy a new Toyota Corrola. We needed one right away so we were willing to settle on colors and features. However, one thing that we were not willing to settle on was price. We We needed one right away so we were willing to settle on colors and features. However, one thing that we were not willing to settle on was price. We had a hard price ceiling that we were not going to exceed. At first, we didn't get the price that we wanted, but the next day, Jimmy called us and offered us the price that we wanted, which was only $30/month less than what was offered. That single action is why we bought the car in the first place. The only reason that I did not give a 5 for friendliness was because when we decided to walk away the first day, our salesman was not pleasent. He was not mean, but he did not even shake my hand or give me his card as I walked out. Other than that one part (which killed it for me), he was great. More

Everyone we dealt with at Toyota of Des Moines were very kind and courteous. Rob Hutt was great to deal with and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the Avalon Limited. He took us seriously when we said we did not want to hassle over price and he come to us with a fair deal, otherwise we would have left. Joe Huber's knowledge of the technology of the Limited was very impressive and he answered all of our questions. Larry Middleton was very kind and courteous when taking our money! We will Definitely return to Toyota of Des Moines when we are ready to trade again. More
