We knew what items we wanted and Rob made sure those were addressed. We got what we wanted. Also very helpful after the sale in showing us how things worked which was great. Rob Hutt was very friendly & helpful. He had a relaxed, low-pressure sales pitch. This makes for a much more enjoyable experience when looking for a new car. The first contact was a little shaky but the professionalism and friendliness more that made up for it. I will definitely return. Some of the reasons my experience was a pleasant experience are 1.) Even though we started out shaky on the customer service, every effort was made to accomodate me and my needs. 2.) In over 35 years of buying cars, I've never had a dealer have someone take the time to make sure I understood the operations of the car upon purchase. 3.) The Sales associate was knowledgable and friendly and didn't try any of the shady games I've encountered at some other dealers. 4. Even though there was short supply of Prius's available, I didn't feel pressured by the sales associate. 5.) Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, everyone made an effort to make the purchase as easy and pleasant as possible. 6.) I was very impressed from the moment we stepped into the showroom. AJ Shindler greeted us right away. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and actually, the very first vehicle t showroom. AJ Shindler greeted us right away. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and actually, the very first vehicle that he showed us, we did actually purchase. We also worked with Rob Hutt. There again, very attentive & knowledgeable. Answered all our questions & concerns in a friendly, professional manner. He was very patient with our questions regarding the vehicle and financing. We next spoke with Greg Mohrman in the finance department. Greg was, again, very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. Professional yet very friendly service. And finally, JD Kent III, went over the entire vehicle with us. He explained all the bells & whistles in an easy to understand manner. Again, very friendly & professional. I appreciate the great service as it is not always the case at many other dealerships. We felt our business was appreciated and would reccomend the Toyota - Des Moines to others. More

Clearly your employees go out of their way to make the customer experience excellent. I own a business and really admired the way they work together as a team and focus on the client and their satisfactio customer experience excellent. Our experience at Toyota of Des Moines far exceeded any customer service I have ever experienced. Rob was very friendly and efficient with our paperwork and explained everything completely. When we returned to pick up our new Tacoma, everyone was very excited about our purchase (of course because it was a sale) but that is not the way if felt or came across. The "red carpet" service we recieved with our truck in the bay was impressive and the speed in which the crew did our Auto Armor was also very impressive.
