Wow amazing experience I was referred to Rob Liley at Phil Long Ford of Denver by a co-worker. I had been looking at Ford trucks for several months, and hated dealing with I was referred to Rob Liley at Phil Long Ford of Denver by a co-worker. I had been looking at Ford trucks for several months, and hated dealing with dealerships and sales people. When my co-worker told me how awesome they had been treated by Rob I decided to give him a call. It was the best call I have ever made, Rob was extremely professional over the phone and had a low pressure attitude. I met with Rob at the Phil Long Ford dealership on a week night, with limited time we discussed several options. Rob was not trying to sell me anything; he was just giving me options. I was unable to make a decision that evening, and Rob was very easy going about that. He gave me several quotes with several payment options. Rob was able to secure the truck I requested until I arrived later that day. The buying process was painless with Rob and his finance team. Rob Liley is a true professional, every questions I had he was able to answer (trust me I had plenty) them, I never felt like I was ever putting him out. My experience was great. I am a widow and this is the first car I have purchased since I lost my husband. Rob show me the different options available to me - used, new, lease. He compared the different models and was concerned about what was important to me. He went through the different financing options and the service that would be available to me after the purchase. There was no pressure for me to make a decision before I had all the facts and was comfortable with my decision. I was treated with respect and kindness. I am so pleased with my car and decision I made. I will tell all my friends to go to Phil Long's because they have "old fashion" customer service and care about what you want and what you need.
