He has experience as an ASE Master Certified technician which allows him to explain even the most technical aspects of repairs in a way that everyone can understand, thus educating the customers to allowing them to make an educated decisions regarding their vehicle's repairs and services. Rob is a dedicated family man, well as much as a golf addict can, who has been married for 25 years to his wife, Michele. They have a 20 year old son, Ty, who is evolved in golf, and volleyball.

Russ Darrow really came through for us in a difficult situation which required an engine replacement shortly after purchase of the vehicle. They did a great job managing the repair and removed the burden situation which required an engine replacement shortly after purchase of the vehicle. They did a great job managing the repair and removed the burden and cost for us. Our service advisor was fantastic and stayed in contact with us constantly to keep us posted on progress. I plan to buy another car in Feb 2020 and will shop at Russ Darrow West Bend because of this experience. They turned a very negative experience into an extremely positive experience and I personally appreciated the way they stepped up. More

Tacoma paint failure Two and a half years ago I purchased my blue 2017 Tacoma at Russ Darrow. Last summer the paint began hazing over and turning white. I worked a lot wit Two and a half years ago I purchased my blue 2017 Tacoma at Russ Darrow. Last summer the paint began hazing over and turning white. I worked a lot with Rob Martin from service and Cole Lutz from sales (who originally sold me my truck) to have the issue resolved. The truck was spot painted in several sections over two separate incidents. This summer the issue continued spreading to 7 new locations. Turns out this was an issue with only blue 2017 Tacomas due to the temperature in the plant at the time of painting. Rob and Cole were awesome to work with, and ensured everything was taken care of. In the end the entire truck was repainted, and looks brand new. More
