Rob is a dedicated family man, well as much as a golf addict can, who has been married for 25 years to his wife, Michele. They have a 20 year old son, Ty, who is evolved in golf, and volleyball.

lack of service I did not receive a call back for over 5 weeks regarding a paint issue on my truck. I personally went in to speak to a service writer only to be told I did not receive a call back for over 5 weeks regarding a paint issue on my truck. I personally went in to speak to a service writer only to be told to bad. The paint issue was originally covered under warranty and had the entire bed and tailgate of the truck repainted within the first 6 month of ownership. Now they will not repair other factory paint flaws. City and Rob do not have any customer service abilities but on the other hand Dan does a great job. I am no longer taking my truck to Russ Darrow Toyota in west bend wi. More

Always great service Friendly staff and always good service. The only thing I’d say about my visit is I dropped it off at 9- told them I needed it back by 1:30- he wrote 1 Friendly staff and always good service. The only thing I’d say about my visit is I dropped it off at 9- told them I needed it back by 1:30- he wrote 1:00 on the slip- I called at 12:45 and was told it was just going through the wash and I could head on over. I got there at 1:15 and was told it’s ready to wash and it would be done. Point is- if you are busy and it’s taking longer than expected- call me and give me a heads up. Don’t use the wash as a cover. I heard them tell this to another customer as I stood there. Also- it shouldn’t have taken 4.5 hours to flush fluids. More

60K Mile Service Contact service rep was very professional and well-informed by computer info from previous service. The service tech also tested the battery and found it to be suspect (six years old), recommending replacement. The only suggestion I will make is to be sure to check and top off all fluids - I added about a pint of windshield washer fluid after I returned home. More

Warranty repair for recall. Terrible! $70 unauthorized char Called and scheduled warranty repair (through the 888 number, then called to confirm). Asked if waiting or loaner. Told them waiting. Dropped off early, told no chance of it being completed that day even though they picked the appt time (it was a friday, so maybe they let their techs off even though appointments were scheduled). Was given a loaner car. Loaner car missing wheel center cap that wasn't listed on condition paperwork. Brought loaner car back, was charged $72, even as soon as I noticed it was missing I drove back that same day and showed them. When coming to pick up my vehicle was told I was not welcome ever again for service and to leave. Then I get in my vehicle and there are grease marks on the dash near the area where work was done. Parts guy Nick is awesome. Service Manager is a crook. Next time I am told that service will not be completed while I wait, I will reschedule. And no loaner cars ever again. Too bad it was this terrible to bring my car for the airbag replacement. Original airbag has maufacturing defect in that when it goes off it explodes and try to stick the occupants with shards of metal, so in the interest of safety I spent my time, gas money and 2 trips to this dealer for my safety and I am rewarded with BS charges. More
