I spent almost 4 hours with Joe one afternoon trying to figure out what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the perfect car for me. Got my 11 speakers (my non-negotiable) in a Blue Rav4 with Nutmeg interior. I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Joe at Heritage Toyota. Joe was very knowledgeable and real and that helped me really connect with him which is very important to me. I would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat. Frankie Candido was fantastic! The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come wit The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come with that feature are the Limited and Platinum which I couldn't afford. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to decide if I would just settle for the small interior of the RAV4 and buy out my lease. The heated steering wheel was the deal breaker! The day before my lease was expiring I came in to see Frankie to sign the papers to buy out my lease. He said they had just received a pre-owned Highlander with a heated steering wheel and would I like to see it before getting the papers together for the RAV4? I was blown away! Same age as my RAV4 with 3k less miles with a heated steering wheel (and fully loaded)!! And with some creative numbers crunching Frankie was able to get the monthly payments where I needed them to be to fit my budget. I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded Highlander Platinum with an extended warranty because not only was Frankie very patient with my waffling back and forth, but he also had his eyes open to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Frankie at Heritage to anyone looking to buy or lease. More
