I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

I was first contacted by Lexi Williams about my interest in possibly trading in my vehicle and getting a new Tacoma, she helped me figure out what I would be comfortable doing. Lexi got me in contact wit in possibly trading in my vehicle and getting a new Tacoma, she helped me figure out what I would be comfortable doing. Lexi got me in contact with Colby and I met them at the dealership and they already had the truck that I was thinking about getting out front and waiting for a test drive if I wanted to get in and really get a feel for it. Colby was very good at making sure that I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Once I took the truck for a test drive and had decided that I was interested in it, Colby walked my through the trade in process and helped me figure out what I would feel comfortable with for payments and all the paperwork that came with it. I did not feel at any point that I could not walk away and take more time to think if I needed to with Colby during the whole process, which is really refreshing to have as an experience while buying a brand new vehicle. Both Frankie and Lindsey were great. They say Toyotas sell themselves, but Lindsey made it easy, and like we were buying from a friendly neighbor.
