Mike Mullen the head of sales connected me with Rob Sylvia and from the moment we sat to discuss what I wanted it was clear sailing. Our conversation began with family, years working in the trade and his love of the family atmosphere working for Jannell Motors. He narrowed me down to a 2019 F-150, walked me out to where it was said I'll take it! He literally went through everything for me and made the transaction a very easy and fulfilling experience. The day I picked it up he very patiently walked me through setting up all the electronics and high-tech stuff that was new to me. I truly mean it when I say the whole experience was fantastic and I would more than highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jannell Ford.
