I recently went through a terrible divorce after 30 years. My X did a number on my credit. I gave them a copy of my divorce decree and with that I was approved for a loan. This was my first time purchasing from Jannell and it wont be my last. I live over an hour away and it was completely worth the drive to do business with them. I had my heart set on the 2021 Bronco Sport, which has been nearly impossible to find on a lot. I knew I was in the right place when I was greeted by the adorable furball Lola! Rob Sylvia in sales was hands down AWESOME! He was able to juggle multiple customers while still making me feel completely taken care of. He made my trade in of my Focus and purchase of the Bronco Sport seamless and fast. He even made sure I was able to pick it up the next morning, on a Saturday too boot. Wilfredo in finance was also spectacular. Both gentlemen were down to earth and made the experience fun and enjoyable. It was like speaking to people I had known for forever. Jannell has a rockstar team who knows what they are doing and it shows. 10/10 will shop here again because of these guys! More

Harry was fantastic. He didn’t chase me around the lot when I was browsing for a vehicle which can be extremely annoying.
