He was kind, understanding, professional, intuitive, and knowledgeable. He walked me through a questionnaire about what I was looking for in a new car vs features I was not interested in. This tool allowed him to get it right with the very first vehicle he chose for me to look at. It was the perfect match! His manager Rob was available, helpful, and never overly present in his support of his newer sales staff. The entire experience was void of pressure, arrogance, or high sales tactics. The location, staff, and my entire experience was relaxed, down to earth, and pleasant. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone that remarks about my beautiful new car! More
