Didn't take long for Dylan to turn that around - he was knowledgeable, honest and a delightful person. Dylan, Robb and Brett made the magic happen. They got me in the car I wanted at the price I needed. We had some bumps along the process (due to lack of inventory) but they quickly addressed those issues and found me the car I wanted. 2018 GLC Lease I worked with Ben and Robb on sales and pricing for my recent lease of a 2018 GLC SUV. They were both very accommodating, friendly, professional and fair in all of our dealings. I never felt any pressure and felt comfortable to move at my own pace. I also worked with Tristan who had an excellent understanding of the vehicle features and did a great job of explaining how everything works. I also like that Tristan (and everyone I dealt with for that matter) offered to personally address any questions I had in the future. And finally I dealt with Fran for the finance part of the lease. She was also very helpful, clear and concise in explaining everything. I felt very comfortable working with her as well. At the end of the day, I’m extremely happy with my vehicle and the service I received from the team at Mercedes Benz Owings Mills. Would recommend and would use them again in the future. More

FULL SERVICE My wife and I leased our latest Mercedes about 8 months ago. We live in Nirthern Virginia, so needless to say it is not a convenient drive for us. My wife and I leased our latest Mercedes about 8 months ago. We live in Nirthern Virginia, so needless to say it is not a convenient drive for us. The staff is very straight forward and professional. Initially after we decided to purchase from this dealer! We had no intentions of servicing the vehicle in Owings Mills because of the distance. Those thoughts quickly changed as a Rob and his team choreographed a fair, seamless and drama free sales transaction. With that being said combined with the fact that oil changes are on every 10k miles we decided to go back to Owings Mills for service. Just as smooth as the sales process went, the service went off without a hit. Patricia took great care of the car. While we waited, we nwt over to the sales side to see Rob. He treated us like a long lost friend and made sure our short visit. Living in Virginia, we are not too familiar with the Baltimore area my wife tasked Rob with picking a lunch spot and a fun detour spot before we headed back to VA. He hit it out of the park with the suggestions of lunch a The Linwood and an Antique warehouse that is run by a nonprofit. It is truly difficult to get this caliber of service at some of the worlds best hotels, let alone a car dealership. Full service with a smile. Thank you Patricia and Rob. See you in 9654 miles. More

This guy gets it! This is going to be brief because I usually don't write reviews. However, I wanted to say a few words about Robb Banks and his team at Owings Mills. T This is going to be brief because I usually don't write reviews. However, I wanted to say a few words about Robb Banks and his team at Owings Mills. They respected my limited amount of time to shop. I was looking for a Benz with specific equipment (I don't settle.). Robb had Mike show me the closest cars that they had in stick. They were close, but remember, I am hard to please. Within 20 minutes they found me exactly what I wanted. We quickly negotiated a great price and less than 24 hours these guys had me int new Benz. Mike was very personable. He knew a lot about the car and assisted me with the technology set up. Robb went out of his way to make sure that everything ran smooth and comfortable. He even went out of his way to grab me a Coke and used the phrase "make yourself at home." That is exactly what I did and will do from here on. Mike and Robb,, treat all of your prospects like me and you guys will do just fine. Job well done men! More
