My service was completed satisfactorily after an extra trip back to your shop. But...the service person who set up my initial service appointment after inspecting the needed items forgot to order the part trip back to your shop. But...the service person who set up my initial service appointment after inspecting the needed items forgot to order the parts. I'm a 60 mile round trip from the dealership, and these extra trips are very ridiculous. I bought the pickup (and several other vehicles) from Luther, but I'm finding that these situations are happening too often. I am a quiet person who will not raise a fuss, but I am asking around for friends opinions of area GM dealers, and I may have to visit them for future service. And maybe sales. More

Wonderful experience! This is my first time ever getting mechanical work done at a dealership, and everything went very smoothly. They fixed a recall issue for free withou This is my first time ever getting mechanical work done at a dealership, and everything went very smoothly. They fixed a recall issue for free without any hassle, and told me the cost up front to fix a headlight when I asked them to fix it at the same time. They found license plate lights out while the vehicle was in the shop, and fixed those, too. I appreciate the free shuttle and the great communication. I paid easily ony phone before picking up my vehicle, which was super convenient. More
