I have been married for 12 years to my lovely wife Stacie. Spending time with my 5 children and my granddaughter is the highlight of my life. No complaints here, the dealership is clean and offers a free soda fountain, Daniel was not pushy and worked to find the exact car I wanted, the finance guys were willing to work with me a cut me a great de free soda fountain, Daniel was not pushy and worked to find the exact car I wanted, the finance guys were willing to work with me a cut me a great deal. Jaida was nice but didn't have any "authority" over the sale. Rob immediately comes over and exclaims here's the invoice price we purchased the vehicle for and I can't go any lower (obviously that's what sale. Had a hard time getting the $500 military discount. DuWoyn comes over and says it doesn't apply anymore. Rob says we'll split it. Nope! We ended up figuring out the issue and getting the discount. During the entire process, I was asking what was the finance rate. Was told 7.99% and much to my surprise when we finish the paperwork with DuWoyn, it's 8.95%. Didn't like the electronic process to finish the sale. We were very rushed with DuWoyn. Still don't have a list of what the vehicle has (invoice on the window). Did purchase additional items and Don Peterson was very nice and finished my vehicle earlier than quoted. I've had better experiences at worse places. Chose Corwin because it's local/close. Very disappointed in the entire experience. Let's hope the service department doesn't disappoint like purchasing. But there is one guarantee: I will not be referring friends/family to Corwin Toyota. More

I had a very good experience with the Corwin Toyota service department, They went above and beyond with the repairs to my vehicle. Their communication and attention to detail was excellent. Rob Barr service department, They went above and beyond with the repairs to my vehicle. Their communication and attention to detail was excellent. Rob Barrera did a great job initiating the repairs with the service department. AJ Hassan communicated with me very effectively during the repair / replacement process. I would highly recommend the service department. Initially I had some problems with the sales department, but after some discussion the issues were resolved. Corwin stood behind their sale and corrected the problems I encountered. If you are looking for a dealership to stand behind their sales, then Corwin Toyota is your dealership. I would highly recommend them. More

Overalls, my experience with Corwin dealership was mixed. Bob Darbe was great and very helpful. Tamara Gonzales was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service skills. Unfortunately, Bob Darbe was great and very helpful. Tamara Gonzales was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service skills. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about Robert Barrera. I found that he had poor listening skills and talked over me. He came off as the typical pushy "used car salesman". Not a good reflection on Corwin in my opinion. Mr. Barrera also made gave me false information about the Toyota 4-Runner Limited. He told me I only have to use 85 octane fuel in an effort to oversell the vehicle. I knew that was not correct because I owned a 2015 4-Runner Limited. Page 526 of the owner's manual clearly states that 87 octane fuel should be used. According to support.toyota.com, "we do not recommend using a lower octane fuel than what is recommended for your particular vehicle. Use of gasoline with an octane rating lower than what is recommended may result in engine knocking. Persistent knocking can lead to engine damage". Mr. Barrera's misinformation could represent a serious liability issue for Corwin if customers followed his advice and later had engine damage on the vehicle they purchased from Corwin. Also, Mr. Barrera did not even know how to pair my iPhone with the vehicle. He had me download the Toyota app and create an account. He could not get it to work. I tried to tell him that you do not need the app to pair the phone. I proceeded to show him how to do it and successfully paired my phone. As Service Manager, Mr. Barrera should set a standard for excellent customer service and knowledge of Toyota vehicles. I gave him a one star rating but he really deserves a zero star rating. More
