As a 21 y.o girl, it's rare to be treated with respect at a dealership (which is why I walked from 3 other dealerships just hours and days before). Robert was very helpful, printed out a sheet that broke down prices, explained maintenance done to improve the car, and was overall just super nice. Being taken serious as a young woman is what really sold the car to me, not to mention the low miles and great price. He was even able to price match for me! Robert is also super personable, which made me more comfortable. Mike, the finance manager, had the same professionalism and friendly personality. He made conversation throughout the buying experience, which helped take the stress off. Neither pressured me into buying or tried to make me feel dumb. The whole dealership was clean, professional, and welcoming. I thought I was just going in to look around, but I'm glad I left with a car. 10/10 would recommend. More
