Audi service is awful. We dropped our car off because there was an issue after driving it on the interstate. When coming off and driving 35 and below there would be a hug We dropped our car off because there was an issue after driving it on the interstate. When coming off and driving 35 and below there would be a huge pause when trying to go after a stop. They took the car for a drive and told us they went over 10 miles, they only went .6 of a mile. We were told it was the gas we were using and us not driving it correctly. Our salesman Robert was wonderful to deal with, great guy. It seems like no one can trouble shoot a car any longer. If it’s not on a bulletin they can’t figure it out. I have since sold the car with 7500 miles. The guy who bought it found two broken wires and the issue is fixed. More
