I’m not very happy I’m not happy with The service because I called several times I don’t get a callback from Eyes service rep for the manager I’m scheduled to bring my I’m not happy with The service because I called several times I don’t get a callback from Eyes service rep for the manager I’m scheduled to bring my vehicle in at 7:30 AM to look at until after 11 next day to tell me it’s fixed I get in the vehicle the problem is worse I take it back and said you call me or you don’t and if I come down call them now because I only have a check please the factory to see what the problem is I was told that it was not the transmission man cold it is the transmission I’m just upset because my iBook for vehicles in the last seven years and when I get to about 50,000 miles for the world More

Courtesy Car Wash-Would be Nice if it Was Automatically Done At a minimum, for all services over $500 (and for any service that lasts 2 hours or more), customers should be automatically offered/provided a courte At a minimum, for all services over $500 (and for any service that lasts 2 hours or more), customers should be automatically offered/provided a courtesy car wash. Was disappointed that this didn't happen. I have to ask for it every time. It may not seem significant but it's a nice perk for those who don't have time in their schedule to wash their vehicle. I'll still return, but I'll make a note to myself to ask about a car wash on the front end of the appt.. More

Service Experience I did have a complaint because I received battery Feb17 and was told unfortunately batteries don't last in Florida due to the weather but I do know ba I did have a complaint because I received battery Feb17 and was told unfortunately batteries don't last in Florida due to the weather but I do know batteries last more than a year in which I received the battery from your location. My car had an awful smell from the vacuum machine used and employees were aware before using the machine and to top it off my car was not even washed. I believe I received horrible service due to wanting to speak with a manager regarding the battery I received back in Feb and declining purchase of a new battery and tires. Thus far the worst experience I have had at your location. More

Advisors don't appear to be friendly, they are rude and need more customer service skills while working with customers over the phone and face to face. Not sure if this is a military friendly dealership, no discount was offered to me. More

Robert Cicero 's communication & initiative with customers needs improvement. When walking in the door for vehicle service, Robert lacks initiative to welcome & pr 's communication & initiative with customers needs improvement. When walking in the door for vehicle service, Robert lacks initiative to welcome & proactively engage the customer. While waiting, I watched this happen to a customer who stood right in front of Robert's desk. Robert did not acknowledge him and, in fact, picked up a ringing phone with the customer standing right there. It was awkward to be in the same room as this happened because you could feel the customer was upset but Robert did not initiate conversation. This took a turn for the worse when that very same customer walked outside & yelled at Robert for his behavior. As I observed this, it was clear that customer felt neglected & ignored. Yes, I was also a customer & yes I felt the same neglect & lack of information being provided from Robert. I react differently & keep calm but clearly the little antics & passive demeanor can take its toll on the customer. In this case, the customer was justifed. Robert should re-focus on initiating the conversation, providing necessary information & updates on customer vehicles, & improving his presence as a service specialist. More
