Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Extremley poor customer service. Turned in a Chevy lease. Key fob was turned in but never submitted and now GM Financial wants $200 for the fob. Very please with the service from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I left with my new equinox. JAVON the salesman was 100 % and Tansel in finance was top notch. Excellent Mr. Tansell Erten, all I can say is, "But God!". You are AWESOME! Again, Words can not express my gratitude. The time and effort that you spent with Mr. Tansell Erten, all I can say is, "But God!". You are AWESOME! Again, Words can not express my gratitude. The time and effort that you spent with my husband and I in your office to formulate the financing that worked for us was more than extra. And while I was praising God in my spirit for everything that was happening and for assigning you to us as OUR Finance Manager (Yes, I have claimed you!); you didn't stop trying just because you had secured a deal for us, you didn't rush us out of your office because it was late in the evening and others were waiting; you treated us like we actually mattered to you. I felt that you not only heard what may have sounded like noise coming out of my mouth after you had been processing cases all day, you actually listened and internalized what I was saying. I know that you did because you could have said, "The deal that I secured for you initially is the best I can do for you". You didn't have to look into any other options for us, check with other companies, find the best maintenance, tire & gap insurance package for the BEST price; "NO, You Didn't Have To Do It, But You Did". And when it was all said and done, You managed to provide us with lower monthly payments for the same loan time parameter, Bumper To Bumper warranty for double the amount of years we initially offered, and multiple free oil changes from the any Chevrolet dealership in the US, not just the one oil change that comes with the purchase. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. You, Mr. Tansell, are and asset to Ferman Chevrolet and a blessing to those who are fortunate enough to have you as their finance manager. More
