Worked out the numbers with Briana and said I would see her the next day and told me she could hold the car until noon. I was more than halfway there the next morning to purchase the car and I received the phone call they accepted a deposit from someone else for the vehicle. If they said someone else came and paid for the vehicle in full I could understand. They either have no policies in place or the sales people pick and choose what to do. I’m not upset. I’m relieved I did not have to further deal with them. More

Sold a new vehicle with damage and didn't disclose it In July 2017, I bought a 2017 Audi A4 P+ from Bell Audi. A couple months later, I was thinking I should have went with the S4 instead so I decided to In July 2017, I bought a 2017 Audi A4 P+ from Bell Audi. A couple months later, I was thinking I should have went with the S4 instead so I decided to see what my options were. Found a good deal at another dealership and after negotiation, I was advised that my vehicle had damage. After some back and forth, they sent me the carfax that did indeed show damage reported the same month i purchased my vehicle. The car was in Bell Audis possession the entire time, and the damage was reported after I purchased the vehicle. Surprise Surprise, they wont return my calls and the General Manager is never in. Make sure you check the carfax or they will see a vehicle in bad faith just for a sale. Lost a customer for life. I will purchase my future Audis somewhere else. More
