I am greeted promptly and with a smile when I arrive, the service representatives really listen to what you have to say even when you can only say "I'm hearing a noise". Then you get a call that explains everything to you in detail and the service rep also discusses ideas for saving money. When they call you to tell you your car is ready, they let you know that the car is being washed and will be ready in a specific period of time. I appreciate that they value my time. The clerk a the cash out window is also very friendly and patient and never make you feel rushed. The porter delivers your car so that you don't have to maneuver it out of tight parking spaces and sets you up to just hop in and drive away. I have been a very happy and satisfied client of the Autobarn since 2006. More

I can't say enough positive about this dealer. I had my warranty at another dealer downtown and switched. Their service and follow through are outstanding. I actually had my 9 year old daughter in the car warranty at another dealer downtown and switched. Their service and follow through are outstanding. I actually had my 9 year old daughter in the car for one of their follow up calls and she said after, "wow, they are really nice aren't they?" What she didn't know is how thrilled I was just for such consistent communication, clarity, and follow through. The "nice' was simply icing on the cake for me. Outstanding. I made an appointment to have our Volvo serviced and was promptly taken care of upon arrival. I had arranged for a loaner car which was also handled very efficiently.
