Robert Fellows always goes above & beyond to make sure that my handsome Volvo and I always get taken care of. There's yet to be a technical question that he (or any of the other service team members) hav that my handsome Volvo and I always get taken care of. I won't be taking Otto (my XC60) anywhere besides Autobarn Volvo OP for service! More

Took great care of me and my vehicle that I bought elsewhere. Caught a problem I hadn’t seen and dealer I bought from is fixing. Cane in for 30k mile service and to have Start/Stop maintenance message looked into. Work was done promptly, and was very happy to have a loaner for the day. However, even though the auxiliary battery maintenance message looked into. Work was done promptly, and was very happy to have a loaner for the day. However, even though the auxiliary battery was replaced, the Start/Stop function has not worked once in the two days since, even in appropriate temperatures and driving conditions. It's been a constant nuisance since the car was purchased, and didn't seem to be resolved. Also, as a side note, a few of the technicians and support people came into the service office area not wearing masks to talk to other associates. Also, pens were being reused between people. I get that it's tough, but given the spread of COVID right now, I expected better protocols to ensure customer safety. More

Maintenance and service for my 2015 XC70 has been very good over the past 5 years. Robert Fellows stands out among service reps - exceedingly responsive, detail oriented, good with explanations and overal good over the past 5 years. Bottom line is that I trust him and will keep bringing my car back so that I can have confidence that I'm not overpaying for maintenance. More
