Although I purchased my Volvo at another location, This Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure light came on. I drove it to the service department and they checked my car out and cleared any codes all within 15 minutes. The Service Manager was really nice. I look forward to working with the service Center. It was nice to see your employee Robert Clark still at this location for so many years. Buyer beware. Make sure to check the car with a fine tooth comb. The sales manager Nick Kourafus is very uncooperative. We discovered a couple of things wrong with our vehicle that should have been fixe tooth comb. The sales manager Nick Kourafus is very uncooperative. We discovered a couple of things wrong with our vehicle that should have been fixed before it was ever put out to sell. And instead of Nick doing the right thing and taking care of it, he gave us a hard time getting it done. It took almost a month and well over 30 calls going back-and-forth to finally get some resolution. And one thing never did get fixed 100%. Nick uses the excuse of “best of our ability”, which is crap. It’s too bad that Nick works for this company because he brings the place down. More
