The service team, led by Robert Fellows, was highly professional and helpful. I wasn't please with my last visit at Volvo Auto barn in Oak Park. the reason why my new 7,000 transmission is leaking and its under warranty. with out question they should have fixed it and not give a bun Oak Park. the reason why my new 7,000 transmission is leaking and its under warranty. with out question they should have fixed it and not give a bunch of xxxxxxxx saying the leaking part is not covered. I have spent several thousands of dollars at Volvo. I consider myself as an value customer and appreciate all the work that Volvo has provide me over the years. But to tell me it will cost 1,500 to fix a problem that under warranty, I wasn't happy at all. I really would appreciate if someone could rectify this situation expeditiously. Thanks for your time in addressing this matter. More
