However, I was disappointed that they advertised in the email announcing their reopening due to Coronavirus that they provide pickup and delivery for service jobs. I live in Elmwood Park, am a widow and am 66 years old. They did inform me when I booked the service that due to the Coronovirus they would not be picking up or delivering the car. So I drove the car to them and one of their employees shuttled me home. However, I had to walk to the dealership to pick up my car. It was a 4 mile walk which I am able to handle but I would guess most people in my position would not be able to do it. So that was disappointing. They did wash the car and sanitize all touched surfaces. And so all the services indicated per their email was accurate other than the pickup and delivery of the car. More
