these guys not only did a great job of getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted but after the sale they stayed in touch and made sure that the car I had was perfect. I usually expect to get hustled I wanted at the price I wanted but after the sale they stayed in touch and made sure that the car I had was perfect. I usually expect to get hustled at a car dealership but these guys really are different. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check these guys out. More

I had my oil change and after that my truck started to leak oil. I returned to get it repaired. While there your service advisor keeps coughing. After 39 mins of waiting , I approached him (6 feet) away a leak oil. I returned to get it repaired. While there your service advisor keeps coughing. After 39 mins of waiting , I approached him (6 feet) away and asked if there’s anything I should be concerned about. He said no. He drove my truck and keeps on coughing inside my vehicle. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed given the fact that the corona virus Is all over the place. He walked pass me after driving and coughing in my vehicle and said “are you happy now?” And kept on walking. He sat in his cubical and keeps on coughing. Then he drove my vehicle back to the pick up area and I recorded him coughing repeatedly in my drivers seat as if he spitefully doing it. That’s not nice, and with the covid19 at a high stage, he’s coughing around customers and in their vehicle is irresponsible. I will alert the news media should I get sick. More

I understand that we are going thru a difficult time but I was not overly impressed. I purchased a 75k truck in December and just had the first service completed. I was told that a full service plan was inc I was not overly impressed. I purchased a 75k truck in December and just had the first service completed. I was told that a full service plan was included. I felt the service manager was rushing me out the door and did not want to answer any of my questions. Even though there was no one else around. He was rude. I was also told ( at time of purchase) that I did not need to worry about my def fluid because it would be added everytime I had an oil change. But when I had the service done, I was told I only get 1 gallon. And if that's the case, why couldn't I get a call to ask if I wanted it filled? I would have rather paid extra for them to do this. I was very happy when I purchased the truck but not with my first service. More
