I drive passed a couple of other Ford Dealers to get to Ferman Ford. Never any surprises, just what was promised in abundance. What might be considered bending over backwards at other dealers is; an effort Ferman Ford. Never any surprises, just what was promised in abundance. What might be considered bending over backwards at other dealers is; an effortless norm. I first came to Ferman Ford for service, and was impressed with the care received here. Just genuine professional service people. Robert Guinn is a real asset to have as a service writer, always spot on, no nonsense. A pleasant surprise. I purchased my F150 King Ranch here, it was the service staff that impressed me, and not forgetting the salesman John McVay, who was easy to work with we searched all over to find exactly what I wanted, and had it on the lot ready to go within 24 hours. Not to go too far, I have been a Ford fan since 1970 when I got my first one, I have found few dealers that are at the standard of Ferman Ford. Enough said.. I recently had my 2022 Ford explorer serviced at Ferman Ford and received excellent service. I have dealt with Ferman Ford in the past and have been very happy with their service department. No communication. Have to call to get any answers and will not request return calls when asked on email. Truck has been in service for the second time on the same issue and waited two weeks to find out what the issue is. I have a loaner car, a trip to take, and a fifth wheel to picked that I can’t do xxxx with because they’re no priority to fix the issue the first time. Beyond frustrating. More
