The experience was actually pleasant, not a long, dragged out day that I usually dread at the car dealership! He was truly excellent! On the Finance side, Pat Frenna was just as great to work with. He made the process go very smoothly and quickly. I didn't have to wait around forever. I got a great finance rate and everything fell into place from there. He was very helpful with answering questions and made him self available if I ever need anything. Great experience all around! And Bob Heinsohn in service always gets 5 stars! I'm in my 10th year of owning a GMC or Buick (can't believe it's been that long!) and Bob has always been there in the service department to take good care of me. He's the best. More

Jan was fantastic to work with and really went the extra mile in helping me purchase a new Buick Encore GX. I already have a 2018 Buick Encore and just love the car. He was not aggressive or pushy and really worked along with Michael in Finance to make the deal happen. I really also like how this dealership has a wonderful area to wait while your car is being serviced and how they offer coffee and drinks and have comfy chairs and a big screen tv to watch. They also have charging stations for your phones which is fantastic. Finally, they offer free car washes whenever you need as a customer of the dealership and I already service my other Buick Encore there. I moved here a year ago from Los Angeles and this dealer has taken service up many levels. I would highly recommend them and their Manager Jordan is also awesome. I give them the most stars you can give! More
