Good morning, Jordan has called you twice and has been awaiting your return call. You were given the buyers order with the correct amount to bring your certified check in with. Jordan even took additional monies off the car for the confusion and then gave you a 3 year maintenance plan as well. Fernando helped Barbara go over the car with you and spent a lot of time going over the features . Jordan invited you in to go over the car personally if you did not feel your delivery was up to par. Please allow us to go over all of the features of your new car so you can feel excited about your new vehicle! As far as the insurance goes, we cannot help that your agency was closed on MLK day, and that is why many agencies have the app now, so on weekends, evenings and holidays, customers can still buy cars. Please let us know how we can help further and if you would like someone else to go over the car features in more depth! It would be our pleasure!

When I left the dealer on Friday, 2/17, I was given a yellow post-it with the amount I needed to bring at time of closing. No other documentation was given to me at that time. Barb made a copy of my insurance card and said she would take care of contacting my insurance company to get coverage for my new Buick. On Monday, 2/20, when I got to the dealer I found out by the finance person that he expected over $4,000 more than what I was told on Friday. It turned out that there was a clerical error made by someone at the dealer. I asked the dealer to cover the amount. They said "No". I asked them to cover half the amount. They said "No" again. I asked the dealer to give me an offer. He couldn't (Or wouldn't). There was finally a small financial offer plus a 3-year maintenance agreement offered. I accepted this offer even though I felt it was not a fair offer. I asked Barb to show me the documentation on the insurance coverage. She then informed me that nothing had been done by the dealer to contact my insurance company to get coverage. Another very disappointing event on the day I was to take possession of my new Buick. When we were outside looking at the car, Barb did very little for me to familiarize me with all of the feature on the car. Fernando cam e bye and briefly showed me how to use the rear hatch kick-open feature. He did NOT spend time to go over the car in any detail. No one did that! Today, 2/27, I spoke to Jordan an he offered that if I come back to the dealer he would personally go over the car features with me. This is a week after I got the car. Overall, I was not at all satisfied with my car purchase experience at Delray Buick GMC.
