Everything.... Always I have been dealing with Delray Buick GMC for two years since I moved to south Florida. My brother in law owned Howard Buick GMC in Elmhurst Illinois I have been dealing with Delray Buick GMC for two years since I moved to south Florida. My brother in law owned Howard Buick GMC in Elmhurst Illinois until recently when he sold it. I am predisposed to conclude that every other GMC/ Buick dealership is inferior based on that relationship. I WAS WRONG. The people at Delray have been wonderful to me and my referrals. I have two friends who have purchased new vehicles there in the past couple of years on my recommendation. They have been TOTALLY satisfied with the experience on all metrics including price, service and support and personal relationships that they have made with the salesmen and service writers. As for myself, the service has been outstanding on my 2 year old Acadia. Robert Heinsohn has been my primary contact in service and he has been outstanding. The people in the body shop have done great work outside of the general service issues that Bob and A.J. have dealt with in service. The continuation of the outstanding experience runs the gamut from sales to service. I really didn't think that this could be possible given my familial ties to GMC/ Buick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy or repair a GMC/ Buick product. They always are attentive,honest and most importantly they do not try to up charge me for anything. Bad Purchase Experience I purchased a new 2020 Buick Envision. I was paying in cash so the dealer quoted the amount I needed to bring in a certified check at time of pick up. I purchased a new 2020 Buick Envision. I was paying in cash so the dealer quoted the amount I needed to bring in a certified check at time of pick up. The amount quoted to me was wrong. It was $4,200 under what was actually needed due to a clerical error on their part. I had to put the difference on a credit card. The dealer was to call my insurance company to set up coverage for my new car (since they did not provide me any documentation for me to do this beforehand). The day of pick up the insurance agent was closed due to a holiday (MLK Day). Had to go through setting up the insurance company app on our phone in order to get coverage, Nobody reviewed all of the features of the car and how to use them on the new car. This has always been done when I had purchased cars from other dealers. What should be an exciting day when getting a new car turned out to be very disappointing. More
