Overall it was a nice experience. I would say a few things should be improved on. #1 The Receptionist did not even acknowledge me when I arrived and I waited over 5 minutes before fin I would say a few things should be improved on. #1 The Receptionist did not even acknowledge me when I arrived and I waited over 5 minutes before finally engaging her even though I was right in front of her at the desk. She wasnt on the phone nor dealing with another customer. #2 Rob was overall great. However, I think he should focus more on the customer at his desk ready to test drive and buy rather than taking on a sale call in (cold call). Also for people that live and are coming out of town to the dealerahip with an appointment time, the time shouldn't be attempted to be changed because more customers.came in. In this case, then perhaps another sales person could be utilized. Rob was friendly and very informative on the use of all the key and bluetooth features and in setting up Mazda app (even in the downpouring rain!l ) .Matt the finance guy was excellent and very efficient and helpful.
