Since I was a small child, I have had a love, and passion for Mercedes-Benz Automobiles. I was intrigued by their design, elegance, and class. As I grew older, I always kept the Mercedes-Benz brand close to my heart. For many years, after college, I was in different areas of the interior design industry. I decided to make a change after the housing bubble busted. I am honored to have been with the Mercedes-Benz brand since 2010. Initially, my focus was on Sales, and now I am currently a Master-Certified Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I am the go to expert for any technical question, refresher, or concern with your new or vintage Benz. I love working hand in hand with sales and service to give our client the best experience. I love explaining, and teaching our cars to anyone, and everyone. My name is Robert Lisi, and I am driven to delight!

Business As Usual Kevin Keener was my sales person who was proper, courteous and down to business. He eventually sold me a certified pre-owned car which I liked however Kevin Keener was my sales person who was proper, courteous and down to business. He eventually sold me a certified pre-owned car which I liked however missed to point out a dent on top of the driver's side door which I missed to notice at the time of the sale and for which I obviously did not get a discount. Robert Lisi spend some limited time with me explaining some of the basic functions but did not go much into any detail of the voice activation functions which is probably one of the most complicated or at least different features in comparison with the BMW iDrive which I had before. Another Note: After my first meeting with Kevin, when I was visiting the showroom for certified pre-owned cars with my family without an appointment, just to check out the different cars again and Kevin wasn't there, a sales manager came out of his office with a client, completely ignoring us as if we were some street bumps and didn't have any business here with all those luxury cars. He could not even afford a "Hello" or whatever would have been appropriate in that situation! More

Alex Shaparin and Robert Lisi always make the process so smooth and easy; no fuss or hassle. The paperwork is always ready, all questions are always answered, and the tutorial Robert provides is precise and helpful. The service doesn’t just stop when we drive our cars off the lot; instead, any issues or questions after the fact, which could even be a year or so later, are always met with a “don’t worry, come into the dealership and we’ll take care of it” or “we can help you with that.” These reassurances and professional courtesies are all I need to keep returning as a loyal customer. Now I can’t wait to watch the video links that Robert sent so I can keep learning how to get the most enjoyment out of my new C class convertible!! Thanks again!! More
