The paperwork is always ready, all questions are always answered, and the tutorial Robert provides is precise and helpful. The service doesn’t just stop when we drive our cars off the lot; instead, any issues or questions after the fact, which could even be a year or so later, are always met with a “don’t worry, come into the dealership and we’ll take care of it” or “we can help you with that.” These reassurances and professional courtesies are all I need to keep returning as a loyal customer. I just purchased a 2019 A-220 from Tom Knoblock, Jr. Being high tech challenged, I thought I would never be able to deal with the voice recognition system. Robert Lisi spent a long time going over everything with me. He was extremely patient and happy to go over the system with me until I was comfortable. I absolutely love the car. It drives like a dream and is so much fun. After Robert's instructions, I find it very easy to operate the voice recognition. Robert told me to come back anytime if I had questions. Next time you buy a car here, make sure you ask for Robert to clue you in on all the features!! SM More
