Excellent Sales Experience and Customer Support Staff I can’t begin to share my personal experience with Mercedes Benz of Princeton. I am a returning 4 time customer of Mercedes Benz of Princeton and hav I can’t begin to share my personal experience with Mercedes Benz of Princeton. I am a returning 4 time customer of Mercedes Benz of Princeton and have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. From the moment you walk in you are greeted cordially weigh no pressure from Sales. They take their time to answer your questions and take you for a test drive if you should happen to ask for one. I have been dealing with Tom Trovas for quite some time and every time I am ready for another lease I end up driving away with a new car. I have had nothing but great experiences with him. This time around I had my first experience with Robert Lisi and I must also say that my first impression of him was WOW this guy really knows his cars and the features specific to your vehicle. He took his time explaining the features and even told me that I could come back to the dealership for assistance at any time. Great person and very knowledgeable. Last but not least I would also like to give great xxxxxxto my Service Advisor Victor Rivera, This man is in a league of his own. Full of knowledge, very professional and always available to answer questions and provide you with a great customer experience. More

Through a single phone call Robert was able to tell me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. It was really a simple problem. He walked me through the steps while I was in the car and saved me a trip to the dealership. So grateful to finally have this problem solved! I highly recommend this technical wiz! More
