Good afternoon, I apologize for the less than perfect experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming, and i apologize the cadence left you feeling taken advantage of. We strive for everybody to have a complete understanding of the documents that you sign. Please stop in and Rob will go over the documents with you again, and we can make sure he gives you a copy of each document as he goes over it. If you still have trouble understanding i will sit in as well and see if i can clear anything up. If there are any mistakes or if you did not want a service contract for your vehicle, we can make sure you are refunded 100%. If you wanted to stop in please do anytime. I would love to meet with you to discuss a refund for at least the Zylon and etch (not sure about spelling ) I did not know I was even paying for it or what it was. The price on car was at least $4000 less than what is on my paperwork. I would also like to know who you are so I know who I will be meeting with.
