Those 2 employees, along with Robert K, made the whole process seamless .They are such nice folks! The service we receive at Crews is always top-notch. I basically got a free new car because everyone wanted a Cross trek during the pandemic. I had a Cross Trek that I bought in 2021 and it had under 10,000 miles on it. I traded it in for a brand new 2023 Im Cross trek during the pandemic. I had a Cross Trek that I bought in 2021 and it had under 10,000 miles on it. I traded it in for a brand new 2023 Impreza with all the bells and whistles. Robert sold me the Impreza as he sold me the Cross Trek in 2020. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional AND he installed the Subaru dog car back seat cover in both cars and that is incredibly time consuming! And he's from Longggg Island so we talked NYC tarsh. More
