Listen, when I tell you I had the best experience at this dealership believe me. Everyone was professional and kind as well as considerate. I had such a rough day and they waited around for me to get to the dealership believe me. Everyone was professional and kind as well as considerate. I had such a rough day and they waited around for me to get to the dealership even after hours. They made my transaction easy and my son was happy so all was well. If you want to work with a team that works together and can provide great customer service, I advise you to go to this dealership. It's too bad I live so far away, otherwise, I probably would be up there hanging out with them. Once you meet them you will feel like they are family. I couldn't recommend this place more, They were 100% straightforward about the price, they broke down all the finical aspect of our contract and gave us the top value for our trade. They also helped us with getting our car under a warranty that would fit our needs. We had all our kids with us and they were really kind to them and gave them toys to play with. This is a great place and I hope the word gets out because they all deserve it More

Where do I begin? ! Thank you Rob Mason, John Schoppert, and David Showman. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My husband and I picked up our ! My husband and I picked up our kids from school and drove down on a whim because after an online car buying experience went bad, where they actually lost our car!! and they couldn't guarantee when we would see it.. so we said forget it lets find something else, we drove to Heritage Honda and I found a Honda Odyssey on our way there we liked with 3 kids 8,6, and our 1 year old. Imagine the nightmare we thought we would face! Well it actually was a beautiful experience, Rob was our sales man and he really broke down everything about our vehicle and the price, and assured me that there is no hidden fees and he wanted to make sure that we were not going to get swindled or feel ripped off. Rob also really helped us out with our needs and was even able to work out a beautiful deal for us. He was also so kind to us and our children and kept assuring us that our kids were not anything to stress about (because face it, 3 kids having to wait 3 hours after a long day and past their bed time eeekk lol) so we really felt better with the kindness. David was also so wonderful! He wasn't even our salesmen but he kept coming over talking to the girls and he gave them toys in his desk he had and it really helped keep them busy. Just so kind and went out of his way to help us with keeping the kiddos occupied. John the manager was awesome and he was able to get us the top value with our trade-in! Our overall experience was phenomenal. They really changed the way I viewed dealerships and they definitely changed my mind that not all dealerships are bad. This was a great experience and I hope they all see this because thank you gentlemen for everything. You don't know how happy and thankful we are! More

I wasn't sure where to write a review of my experience, but it was not a good one. My sales associate was Chloe Ford and I really feel that she did not care about me, my car or my experience, after she ha but it was not a good one. My sales associate was Chloe Ford and I really feel that she did not care about me, my car or my experience, after she had her sale. I contacted her a few times about issues that I was having, and IF she did respond, it was a one sentence, nonchalant response that didn't help at all. Gregg was cool to work with. He got me a lower rate than what I had on my previous car, so that was nice. About a month after I had my car, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I called for service, and after a few hours, found out I needed a new part that was defective. No big deal. The next week, I took my car in to be fixed. After about 5 hours, I called for an update. I believe Annie (?) answered the phone. She put me on hold to check on the status of my car, and I was on hold for 13 minutes. Again, she answered the phone, how can I help you? I told her I was still holding to find out about my car. Her response "OH MY GOD I'M SO FREAKING SORRY, I forgot about you." It was very unprofessional and I felt so irrelevant. Then there was the issue with my tags. I live in PA, so I understand that they may take a little longer to get tags. I followed up with Chloe countless times, who assured me she would look into it - I still have yet to hear from her. I was told by Ryan to go ahead and put my old plates on my car and they would send me a new registration. I am not putting Honda CIVIC tags on a CRV!! I will get pulled over for that!! It has now been 4 months since I bought my car and I still have temp tags on it. Last week, my stepfather (A very loyal customer to Heritage Honda) was so disgusted, he drove up to the dealership to express his disgust. Miraculously, today my tags came in. I am relieved that this experience is over. I will not return to Heritage Honda in Westminster for my future vehicle purchases. More
