My husband called to see if they could get my vehicle in for diagnostics and they went above and beyond to help us when they already had a full schedule. We were able to drop it off the night before and whe for diagnostics and they went above and beyond to help us when they already had a full schedule. We were able to drop it off the night before and when they had time they scanned my vehicle and followed up with telling us the issue and fixing it. We were very thankful as our in town dealership never offered this to us and wanted to schedule us out three weeks. We will be returning for future work and potentially buying another vehicle! More

Rob went above and beyond in working with the extended warranty vendor that covered a repair that they completed. He was very patient in figuring out what they needed in order to cover the repair. The service team at City Ford in Columbia City Indiana are exceptional! When I brought my 2019 F150 in for a PCM recall, I had several questions about what was going on with my truck. They took the time t are exceptional! When I brought my 2019 F150 in for a PCM recall, I had several questions about what was going on with my truck. They took the time to answer all my questions with courtesy and respect. The team provided me with more information than I could ever expected. I had them give me an estimate for some routine maintenance that I want to get done along with a few parts that I need to get replaced. The estimate I received is quite the investment, but they did not mislead me or try to talk me into anything I do not need. I received Excellent customer service and plan to schedule my truck back with them here real soon to complete the estimate services. More
