I enjoy spending quality time at the lake with my wife, Tammy, and two daughters, Stephanie and Taylor. We like to ski, tube and swim. I've been in the automotive industry since 1990. I have been at Five Star Ford since 2007 and started off as the shop foreman. I became Service Director on February 13, 2013. I am a certified senior master technician as well as a certified master service manager. I feel very blessed to work for an organization that cares so much about it's customers and employees.

5 Star Gets It Done I came to five-star Ford because my Ford fusion was having service issues. My Fusion was not repairable due to a mystery issue and then my service vis I came to five-star Ford because my Ford fusion was having service issues. My Fusion was not repairable due to a mystery issue and then my service visit became a Ford buy back! Everyone at Five Star Ford was awesome in making the nightmare bearable, Robert M pushed Ford and followed through as far as he could to pass it on to Josh and Tony H.to close the deal. I've bought my other two Fusions here through Spencer Southwell and was pleased to buy my third from my favorite salesmen!!!! Thank you everyone, see you on the next one!!! More

F150 Turbo Issues I purchased a truck in January from 5Star and my check engine light came on not to long after that. The issue was present due to the turbo boost press I purchased a truck in January from 5Star and my check engine light came on not to long after that. The issue was present due to the turbo boost pressure and after every service check the light would still come back on. I had taken it 2 different dealerships and the issue was still present. (the issue did get resolved) What stood out to me was 5Stars's continuous effort to fix the issue. Even when the truck was not in their hands they continued to find the solution and help me. I can't say enough how much I appreciated their respect and willingness to make things right by me. They have an outstanding service department and even better character. More

Terrible service work Five Star replaced the transmission in my 2009 F150 because of a hard shift. Since that time it has blown out all the trans fluid, had two valve bodie Five Star replaced the transmission in my 2009 F150 because of a hard shift. Since that time it has blown out all the trans fluid, had two valve bodies, a forward ring, been in the shop six times and they billed my extended warranty company twice for the same service work and are now telling me that it is "normal". In short, the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I am 54 years old and have owned seven F150's since 1996 and teach an automotive technology program. This will be the last Ford I buy simply because of terrible service work at my local dealership. Do not take your vehicle to Five Star Ford NRH. More

Robert Saves the Day I recently had an issue with my Ford Explorer. After working through it, it appeared that it would not be covered under my warranty. I was very upse I recently had an issue with my Ford Explorer. After working through it, it appeared that it would not be covered under my warranty. I was very upset about that and worked with Robert to resolve the issue. He did so to my full satisfaction in a quick and professional manner. I look forward to working with him again. More

Quality of work was bad because I had to bring my car back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust sensors unplugged causing my check engine light to come on as I left the dealership for the third time. But the real story is about Jonathan Pankrez and Robert Morgan. The Customer Service was GREAT! Robert Morgan, Service Manager, was really sincere in his effort to make the bad situation better. He arranged for a loaner car for me so they could keep the car long enough to really find the root cause of the windshield washer failures... which they finally did! Jonathan Pankrez, Service Writer,went deep into what happened at the service center that could have caused the check engine light to come on, then volunteered to come by my house on his way home from work to look things over to see if he could fix it on the spot. As it turned out, it was something easy to fix... a cable that had not been plugged back in when the washer work was completed. Jonathan took photos of the disconnected cable (for training purposes for the techs), plugged the cable back in, and wished me well. In 50 years of car ownership I can't recall ever having someone make a "house call" to help fix a problem with one of my cars. I still have reservations about the quality and workmanship at the 5 Star Service Center, but I get the feeling Robert Morgan is on the right track to improve things. And Jonathan Pankrez has earned my respect as a dedicated service guy. I'll always ask for him when I return to 5 Star Ford. My thanks go to them for making a bad situation MUCH BETTER! I took my car in for an oil change, and was given excellent service. The employees were extremely helpful and was such a pleasure. I took my truck to these guys and they took great care of me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way for a long time so he talked to robert morgan and they covered the whole cost except for the 100$ deductible WHICH WAS AWESOME NEWS. The reason why I would recommend this service department over anyone else is because they treat you like one of the family and keep you informed about your vehicle. More
