Serviced my car on time and was out in 45 minutes. Servicing was the fast and done witin the time I was told. Everyone I delt with in the service area were friendly, kind & courteous. Professional, Friendly, Fast I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was done a half an hour earlier than estimated, which is always good. I had gone across the street to d I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was done a half an hour earlier than estimated, which is always good. I had gone across the street to donate blood while I was waiting. On my walk back I slipped and fell on an ice patch (it was a snowy day). Didn't hurt myself, but wary about walking on the snow again. Joey asked another gentleman there to bring my car in so I didn't have to go out looking for it. Such a nice thing to do, Thank you guys so much! I've had Robert do this same thing in the past. Really appreciate this crew! More

Accommodated me on short notice My truck was due for servicing & I live over an hour from the dealership. I found out in the morning that my afternoon appointment had to cancel. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were already full, but they made the effort to squeeze me in anyway. I really appreciated that! Also, I had a little bulb go out in my environment control panel & the parts guy went ahead & arranged for it to be mailed to me since they didn't have it in stock. More
