My previous MDX was totaled in a car accident. Danny at the sale department was great. Due to COVID-19 supply chain issues, the price and the availability were not that good, but Danny helped us t Danny at the sale department was great. Robert at the finance department was nice and the transaction was smooth. However, he agreed to cancel the manufacture extended warranty for our totaled MDX, he also told us he already submitted the cancellation request and it would take 30 days to process. After 30 days, I called Acura Care center and they told me the request was never submitted. More
