Rallye Acura is synonymous with Customer Service I've been a Rallye Acura customer for several years, and given my most recent experience, I will continue to be for many years. While I've been a cu I've been a Rallye Acura customer for several years, and given my most recent experience, I will continue to be for many years. While I've been a customer on both the sales side and service side, and have found both to be exemplary, my most recent experience is specific to sales. My lease was up within 5 days of my reaching out to a Rallye Acura team member, due to multiple delays and difficulties as a result of the COVID crisis. I was contacted by Danny Park within minutes of reaching out to him directly (at the recommendation of a close friend), and from that moment I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and care that exemplifies outstanding customer service. Literally within 30 minutes of our conversation, he called me back with a delivery date for the exact car I wanted and with excellent terms. He respected my time, my loyalty, and my health, assuring me that the the whole process would be handled with the utmost care given the current situation with COVID. Danny DID NOT SKIP A BEAT!!! He is clearly passionate about the product he represents, and he is equally passionate about providing quality and exemplary customer service. It has been, without a doubt, the most stress-free, efficient , and satisfying I have ever had when getting a new car. He and Robert (the finance manager that "closed the deal") represent the best that Rallye Acura has to offer, and exemplify the quality customer service that hey espouse and deliver.
