Service is terrible. Parts is terrible. Trucks under their recommended extended warranties but "it's not covered." Question it, argue, then it's covered. Multiple visi Parts is terrible. My personal truck, 5 visits [over 3 months] to fix a suspension clunk. Still not repaired. They keep finding "new" things wrong. Example. Visit 2 they replaced axle joints. Nothing on suspension. Visit 5 they do drivers balljoints and cab mount bolts. So they didn't check the suspension when I told them I had a noise? Techs don't check the vehicle thoroughly, vehicles aren't test driven. Another truck of mine, a 19 ram 3500 [33k miles at the time] wasn't drivable with death wobble. They sent it back "A OK" with nothing done. Paid local mechanic a lift fee-didn't tell him what was wrong. He found it. Truck got new balljoints/tie rods/track bar/etc. but only after I cornered the manager with the lift report from the local guy. Andy's excuse was "I can only go off what the tech tells me". Asked if they test drove the truck? Nope. Terrible service. DO NOT GO THERE! More
