Maybe focus on the words used and not on the quantity thereof? Maybe I don't want to write a book on how I feel about an oil change? Or should I be expected to put my feelings into a few chapters of my next book titled, "Crap companies come up with to make themselves feel better about overpriced good and services."? Bob recommended some additional services to my Jeep due the mileage but I felt absolutely no pressure to do it. Bob is always super nice and does his best to make the experience quick and easy. More
