super easy and free I am delighted, again, by the great service. I took my car in for a factory recall which was fixed super fast even before I finished eating lunch afte I am delighted, again, by the great service. I took my car in for a factory recall which was fixed super fast even before I finished eating lunch after dropping the vehicle off... The guys always make me feel comfortable and never ashamed that I really have no idea about car issues..I trust them to take care for me. The fix was free. Unschedule Service Visit I came in unscheduled for an oil change before an upcoming trip. I had originally talked with Tim and he suggested that I come on in and the shop coul I came in unscheduled for an oil change before an upcoming trip. When I get to the shop Tim was with a customer and Robert offered to help me out so I wouldn't have to wait for this service. It was a great experience. More

I called to see on a whim if he could get m I just want to give a special shout out to Bob Pearce for taking care of me so wonderfully yesterday !!!! I called to see on a whim if he could get my vehicle serviced... since I was heading out and going to be driving today from Carson City to Michigan... Bob, not only was able to get me into service my vehicle on such short notice he had the mechanics do a thorough inspection plus an oil change to make sure I would have safe travels... I love coming to Lithia Chrysler in Reno... I live in Carson City I could go elsewhere but each and every time I get service at Lithia I'm treated like royalty.. I am not related to Bob Pearce, nor was I given cash to write this review... I just want everyone to know how fabulous Bob is while he's working at Lithia Chrysler..... he treats you special he treats you kind and he makes sure you get taken care of with a smile.... I keep coming back because when I leave I know my vehicle and I have been in good hands.. Thank you Bob for everything and continue to do what you do best and that's customer service...
