Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter. So yeah thanks for wasting my time with YOU CAN NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE, now looks like you will have a bigger issue . Amatures More

Good and Bad We brought our Ford Explorer into Hemborg to repair a rear main seal and take care of two notices from Ford on a front seat repair and an update to ou We brought our Ford Explorer into Hemborg to repair a rear main seal and take care of two notices from Ford on a front seat repair and an update to our GPS. We were advise it would take one week to repair rear main seal. We decided to take the car in for repairs during our vacation for a week. The car was ready when we returned home. The rear main seal was fixed. The two recalls were not. They had to order the part for the front drivers seat and we will be advised when it comes in. The update to our GPS system was not updated but we were told to do it ourselves based on page 454 in our handbook. I find it hard to understand why Hemborg would not update our GPS vs. telling us to do it. We havent tried to update the GPS yet due to family issues going on. Disappointed after buying car from Hemborg and receiving this kind of service. More

Avoid this place at all costs. They refused to provide me with a replacement copy of my warranty repair invoice, saying that their “legal department” doesn’t allow copies of invoices to customers after the f with a replacement copy of my warranty repair invoice, saying that their “legal department” doesn’t allow copies of invoices to customers after the fact. This is the definition of shady. If you did the repair properly, and you provided a copy initially, why would you refuse to provide additional copies? What do you have to hide? I already reached out to Ford Customer Care and got a copy of the work done from them. So screw you Hemborg. I’ll never do business with your shady dealership again. More

excellent and knowledgable service I have bought my vehicles and had used the service department many times always with the best experience. I had my car repaired at a local shop only I have bought my vehicles and had used the service department many times always with the best experience. I had my car repaired at a local shop only to find out that the workmanship was shoddy. I contacted Robert and Patt, explained my situation and they got me in immediately and dealt with the other facility on payment. Many thanks to Robert Qunitero and Patt Thorp for their excellent and professional service. More

Adaptive cruise control Thought I had an issue with the adaptive cruise control sencoring system. Robert got involved and got his computer technician involved as well. Come Thought I had an issue with the adaptive cruise control sencoring system. Robert got involved and got his computer technician involved as well. Come to find out that the adaptive cruise control was doing exactly what it was suppose to do as a safety net. Robert did an outstanding job of educating me and probably some of his staff on exactly how the system worked. I was quite pleased with the service I received to get the answers needed. More
